It just ocurred to me: The WSOP 2006 is over for my part, but surely not poker! I have my little monthly column in the Tamarindo News, but not all my readers get that one, and space there is anyway too limited for a poker devotee like me. So I have decided to continue with this blog to keep you updated on the various poker adventures I encounter on my way - if you want to be notified when a new entry appears here you can subscribe to the blog (click elsewhere on this page). My next entries will be about this weekend's $15,000 guaranteed tournament held at the new Jazz West Wing Casino in Escazù. It starts Friday and ends Saturday evening, so it should be a quick one, I just hope I will be the last one standing! I sure feel like I am in good shape having just won the 10-player qualifying tourney for it, besting Jim Reilly Junior heads-up. Finally the flops, turns and rivers came my way!
